Certified Financial Planner™ & Owner
Nathan has been working in the financial planning industry since 2015. He is experienced in helping clients conquer the many challenges and difficulties and simplify complicated concepts that come from holistic financial planning. He is also trained to assist employer groups with qualified retirement plans such as 401(k)s, SIMPLE IRA's, cash balance accounts,and many other options for retirement for both employers and employees. Nathan has a Masters Degree in Financial Planning from the American College of Financial Services. He also has a Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness from Texas A&M University. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional, Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®), Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) and holds his Series 6, 7, and 63 securities registrations as well as his life and health insurance license.
Nathan grew up on a family farm outside of College Station, Texas and is very familiar with small town rural living. With Nathan's extensive knowledge and continuous education in the industry, you and your employees will be well supported. In his free time, you can catch Nathan playing guitar or wakeboarding at the lake with his wife Rylie, daughters Ava, Nora, and dog Memphis.
Rylie Sebesta, MBA
Licensed Service Assistant/Group Insurance Manager
Rylie is a licensed service assistant to her Husband, Nathan as well as a group benefits specialist. Rylie's is experienced in providing customizable benefits solutions to her clients. She excels at explaining how health care and supplemental benefits work together to provide cost effective solutions. Her passion is helping clients ease the financial and administrative challenges that are present when planning and maintaining their employee benefits program. Her goal is to help employers recruit and retain high quality employees by providing a premier benefits package. You can rest assured that Rylie will provide the knowledge and guidance you want on your side whether you are an individual or employer.
Rylie grew up in a small town outside of Weatherford, Texas. She received her Master's Degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University Commerce as well as her Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Texas. Rylie resides in Artesia, NM and works alongside her husband, Nathan. They are both very active with their church and enjoy singing in the church band. When they are not in the office or out visiting clients, they love to travel and spend time with their daughter Ava, and family.
Summer Briscoe
Executive Assistant
Summer is a key asset to Access Wealth Strategies by managing and distributing information within our office. She is the one you will most likely hear from on the phone or via email. She is proficient at keeping our daily schedules in check and proper file management. Summer holds her life and health insurance license. Prior to joining Access Wealth Strategies, Summer was a business owner and a professional hairstylist with a reputable clientele. Her sweet personality is one you won't forget!
Summer is an Artesia native and super Mom. She enjoys spending time with her three children Audrey, Liam and Coy.
“Imagine driving across the bridge over the Hoover Dam, and it’s very wide, there’s no traffic, and it’s a perfectly clear day. Would you feel comfortable driving 100 miles an hour if I gave you a bunch of money? Most people will say yes. Now what if I take the barrier walls off the bridge, and it’s a 10,000 foot drop down?
