David has 8 years of experience in the software industry, where he was passionate about innovation, high-quality products, and superior customer experience. He is known among his investor friends for extensive due diligence, superior analytical insights and accurate forecasting of macro economic trends. David holds a B.S. degree in Managerial Economics from University of California at Davis, where he was a founding member and officer of the Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity.
Amber has 7 years of experience in software development, where she led feature teams in design and implementation and consistently delivered high quality results ahead of schedule. She has a keen interest in strategic planning, business systems, as well as effective utilization of all resources. Amber holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of California at Berkeley, where she also completed the E.E.C.S. honors program and served as an officer of Eta Kappa Nu, an electrical engineering honors society.
Since leaving their high tech careers in 2004, David and Amber Overfield have been full-time entrepreneurs and investors in real estate, private equity deals and alternative asset classes. They form strategic partnerships around business opportunities where their partners can participate in the business cash flow. The Overfields love sharing business and investing ideas with like-minded individuals and connecting people with the resources they need to achieve their goals and dreams.
