I’ve been intrigued by the idea of owning a laundromat ever since I met Brian Brunckhorst.
Watch this 3.5 min. video to find out why.

Hey Alan, thanks for watching and commenting.
We’ve heard that video is more authentic when it is obviously self-produced
You’re right. Brian teaches that you want to find a Laundromat in need of an upgrade so that you can make improvements and build it up to be a top producer. Not only do you get improved cash flow, but your net worth increases too. As a bonus if you want to sell it, you have a cap gain too!
A tripod for the camera person might help the video..:-)
The 4x multiplier might work only once. The next buyer can\’t double the earnings again and resell for the same multiple. No rinse and repeat.
Sounds like flipping with laudrymats instead of foreclosed homes.
Hey, I like the video and can’t wait to check out the website.
